Well, if you haven't seen them, then I doubt they are 16g's, which is good if you are planning on using two of them.
The most commonly found DSM turbos in the junkyard are the first gen's, with the 13g off the automatic and the 14b off the manual transmission cars. I've been into DSMs for two years now and I've only heard of one person finding a 16g in the junkyard and that was a modded car on the east coast.
Two small turbos on a 4 cylinder works out well. This guy has some good info
