Josh, the problem is you're sputtering out internet bull that you've read in the past and are re-typing. You stated earlier in the thread that air hitting the outside of a turbo would substantially cool it down. Guess what? IC is staying, I'm checking temps then I'll see what happens. It's not like pipe is so friggin expensive.

I'm working with what I got, if someone wants to sell me a cheap front mount I'll use it. The whole point of this project was to be cheap...

 

use your probe ic for a front mount. take your bumper off, hack some ---- up and you're good .

Too much man! That probe furnace was free. It's cool, err, "good".

I ran that intercooler as a fmic. just turned it sideways and put in behind the bumper.
Still looking for better pics.
