will td04hl make power to 7k?

i picked up a real good tdo4hl but i htink its too small so i ahve it up for sale. will this thing make power to 7 grand?
what are the stock wg pressure?
ive read max boost and read this whole site and have been reading bout turbos for bout 6 months, this will be my first instal . was thinking if this will make power 7k then ill use it for now and upgrade to a 42/48 later or should i just hold out for the other:?

it's ok but runs out of breath up top........stock boost 7 psi

.42 .48 dies out up top too. hold out for a .60 trim

depends what compressor wheel it has. there are several wheels just like there are several t3's. ie. 13g,13t,15g,16t,18t,19t, ect..... I assume the turbo is from a volvo? there should be a tag on it that shows what size it is.

Its from a DSM and it has a 13g compressor wheel.
I'll test to see how far I can get with a td04-13g on my setup, but I'm pretty sure it wont go to 7k.
A td04hl might get close.

And why the hell would he run 7psi??
