I broke one 2, don't really have any problem with my turbo.

lol maybe im lucky but I broke an intake manifold one of a different car and a week later or well less the vibration from the engine shook it loose and thre it out.. i was like sweet!

fix it when you take the header off to install the turbo. just drill it out and becarefull not to drill into the head.

here are your solutions:

screw extractor set. Buy the set, they are $5 for a cheap one at any hardware/autoparts store. It's a left way threaded drill so it should bring the stud right out.

drill hole, helicoil it out (or tap in something bigger).
