Default Where can I find trim size??

I just baught a garrett turbo off of ebay with a .42/.48 housing on a T3. I need to find out what trim size it is so I know what compressor map to use. I've got a bunch of numbers, on a badge, on the side of the turbo. Is there a web site where i can punch in these numbers to find out the trim size?? I also don't know what car the turbo came off of. I went to www.egarrett.com but that didn't really tell me anything.

Thanks for any help.

I would think .42 is your trim... I'm not sure on a website for you to look it up though.

.42 and .48 are the sizes of the exhaust and the compressor housings. I'm looking for the size of the actual turbo, or "impeller/inducer" as ghettoturbo said.

To be certain, you need to measure the inducer & exducer diameter...

but based on my junkyard experience, I'll take an edumacated guess and say that "most likely" it's 42mm inducer & 60mm exducer = 49.0 trim... use 50-trim compressor map. What did you pay to get this?
