Default What's a good IC piping size?

Hey everyone, what's a good IC piping size? I have a nice chunk 2 3/4" available to me for free, stainless with the bends, but that seems a bit big to me. Is it too big? I'm using a 14b on a d16z6, and my IC inlets are about 2 1/2".
