i am going to be putting a TD04 turbo from a 1g mitsu on my 95'Acura Integra LS. Now at the rate I want my turo to be spooling...compressing about 12lbs when racing, is that really straining the turbo? I am going to have proper oil cooling, and may even buy an oil cooler. Is that what I am going to have to do? Thanks

 

um if you want to. im not too sure how many guys here use one and i think that turbo will be fine, maybe a little small but whatever

 

well with it being small and everything, will it like burn up on me? because i might be boosting that bitch to about 15-20lbs in the future...but now only about 8-12lbs. can the td04 handle that ----?

 

it will handle 8-12psi but im not sure if you'll reach your goal of 250-300hp with that turbo.

CFM matters more than psi.

 

someone had a t3 60 and it made 227hp with 10lbs i am hoping to make 250 with 12lbs of boost.
