It probably does, but the problem is that your turbo is a "TAD!!!" bit "SMALLER" than the T3 so dont expect as much gain from it at the same psi

There were 2 different turbos on the first gen mitsus. The automatics had a 13b and the MTs had a 14b. The 13b will flow around 360cfm at 14.7psi where the 14b will flow around 430cfm there. I'm not sure how big your motor is, but on a 2.0L both of those will peter out before you hit 7k. 12psi isn't a problem on them. Some DSMs run the 14b up past 18psi. Keep it below 30psi and it wont burn up on you. Here's some compressor maps for ya - http://www.stealth316.com/2-3s-compflowmaps.htm

i think the best thing to do is save up for a kit. they come with everything you need...right? i want to go with the t3/t4 hybrid. That is a nice turbo. Does anyone know if those are quick spooling? i have heard they are.

Good luck finding a ball bearing Kit that cheap especially with an intercooler. Build a kit. You wont kick yourself in the *** later for spend too much money.

Yes a Th04(13g) will be too small!! Go for an TE05(14b) from the Manual Ecclispes. It is almost Equivalant to a t3 if not the same. An 04 is the same or if not smaller then a t25. Trust me. I have a bad one sitting in my garage. go for the te05(14b) or a T3 if you want a inexpensive turbo. A t3/t4 if you want to spend a little more!
