It looks like a turbo from a Volvo or Saab (A/R .42/.4
. The internal wastegate flap should have three holes in which you would insert three studs. A flange which is usually a part of the exhaust would be bolted to it. The exhaust end that goes over the outlet is flared for a snug fit. Look at any old turbo (late 80's early 90's) Saab 900 or 9000 or a Volvo 740, and you'll see what I'm talking about.
FYI...I'm using one of those internal wastegate on my turbo right now.

the cold a/r stamp should be inside the compressor outlet. the hot on the turbine housing.
does the turbine inlet have the volvo inset circle?
