cause the turbos were shot, either seals or beat up fins.. the housings were still good. It will be really obvious that the center is new.. I will also sandblast the turbines and make em look really nice. I might have a connection for polishing the compressor housings, which would help.

 

I dont have the turbos back yet. Here is a pic of the new centers that are being put in:

Polishing would really help.I sold a 42/63 external wastegate t3 off an 89 saab in really good condition for 175 on E-gay.All couse I polished the turbine housing.There was a guy that had the same thing but his was all dirty/nasty and his sold for 80 bucks.Put a little bit of time into them and youll get your moneys worht....---- some one here on HMT posted a link for a rusty *** HF manni. that sold on E-gay for 180!........good luck

 

u sent your housings out and paid them to mount em?

 

no... they are over at my parents place.. i shoulda said i dont have em here at my place yet.
