You are gonna blow the bottom end out of that thing. You wanna run boost pressure in the high teens on a high compression engine...with no engine management? 
A 700cc engine is not going to flow enough exhaust gas to necessitate installing an external waste-gate on a Disco Potato. You should be more worried about management and I'm not talking about a ------- power commander.
