Hi. I have a DOHC ZC engine in my CRX. I plan on putting an IHI turbo off a Subaru. What size intercooler would be perfect for it since I'm only gonna run about 8 psi? A friend of mine sells me one(21x9x3 and 2.5in diameter inlet/outlet) Is this too big? It fits perfect in my car,but won't it slow boost on my turbo? I've come across some IC's on E-Bay,18x9x2, 12x9x2,DSM's,Starion. I have one off an RX-7 that I can put. But I want colder air in my intake. What do you recommend? TAHNKS!!!!! ALso forgot to ask about charge pipe size? THANKS!!!

 

dsm smic should be fine, those dinky *** turbos only flow 190 cfm which is basically nothing. a big fmic or larger than 2 inch charge piping will make for alot of pressure loss

 

get a IHI from a probe/Mx6

 

same thing there spenser....just different exhaust flange

 

exactly. the exhaust is way easier to use from the probe/mx6.
