Default what schedule pipe for log manifold?

hey guys, im going to be ordering materials from mcmaster carr soon, and i was just wondering what schedule pipe you all use on ur manifolds? and also, im kind of confused on what kind of pipe to use, because it looks like 2 t's and 2 90's, but bbka said it was 2 t's and 2 45's. could someone please clear this up? thanks.

45's will not work. 90's are what you want. i'd use schedule 10 1.5" butt weld pipe fittings. i can set you up with flanges if you need them. click my sig for my fs thread.

40's a bit overkill IMO, I'd go with 10, we've never had a manifold crack on schedual 10.
