Default Schedule 10 Mild Steel fittings?

Searched thru McMaster, can only find Schedule 40 carbon steel butt weld fittings. I would rather use 10. 40 is Way thicker than needed.

Any ideas?

They dont make 10 you can only get 10 in Stainless, which is cheaper anyway.

Yeah, that blows

I have a Lincoln 135 and use 85/25 argon. Can't SS weld with that can ya? Don't you have to use higher argon mix? Can't really afford another tank. Which is why I wanted to go Mild steel but 40 is just so thick. I would rather do SS but dont' think I have the welding setup for it.
