tuning, afr, and ign adv, and octane. what he has said before, is right about, and meant is along the lines of :

"if you dont detonate, forged vs cast is irrelevant" which is 100% accurate.

how much octane you got?

i just use premuium gas i dont know the octane.. and it si gonna be a daily driver so im not trying blow up my block! im just wondering how high fo boost i an go with with stock pistons

so you know nothing about how to boost your storm.....yet your name clearly states that you represent your turbostorm......weak

the guy has a point.

with no other information about the engine. on premium gas (98ron 93aki) and assuming that the thing wont fall apart, the best guess you could do if it started its life NA is 0 - 15psi, or if it started its life boosted, 15 - 25psi. way way way rough guesses though. you need to know a lot more about that engine.

well i know alot about my engine but mine is a 1.8l DOHC and the turboed ones are 1.6l DOHC. i ws just wondering if my car can handle a little more boost then the 1.6l they handle 7Psi stock from the Lotus and the Impulse and my storm has the exact same engine but with a better block. and i just wanted other peoples opinions and a guy that knows eberything about my car said that i should not go past 8psi with stock pistons but if i use racing fuel with 110 Oct i cn go to 10!. i just wanted other people opinions!. and thign else i should know and

bigger injectors , fuel pump if you wish plus good tune 38.7psi
