What do you guys think of this IC?

What do you guys think of this IC? It looks ghetto and crappy to me. Then I have to modify the endtanks and whatnot. I guess I want something a bit better, but he only wants $100 plus shipping.

Yeah i'm putting together a custom kit, not a junky kit. Look at the IC, it's like ghetto! It's rigged on his frame with wire!

dont even ---- with it.... it looks like it was used as a piñata..... and for 100... its not even worth fixing... just hit the junkyards..... and youll get lucky....
