I am looking for an intercooler and was going to go with a custome fmic but do not want to completely cover the radiator so I am going with an intercooler that will fit next to the radiator where the ac condenser used to be. The probe intercooler will fit and the 1st gen rx7 will but what years and what kind of probes had them?

it was the 88 to 92 probe/mx6 turbos i believe and the rx7 was i think 85 to 90 turbo II's

 

I think the probe/MX6's were called "GT"

lets not get confused.. MX6 and the 626 had the same turbo setups, with the same intercooler.
