What CHARGE PIPE size (diameter)?????
What charge pipe diameter is good or "right" for turbo 8psi??
and is it good to start like 2.5" at the compressor then go 2", then go back to 3" then back to 1.75"
is it good to change diameters?? or should i keep it the same or go from high to low or low to high?

i know but what if keep changing the diamter accross the whole setup? wont that affect flow? if it doesn't then why do we care so much about the exhaust being the same diameter? why isn't ok for exhaust to have like huge mide pipe and a small muffler? doesn't this stuff apply to charge pipes?

ok i guess?? hmm... but problem is my BOV has like so small inlet and outlet (1.5" or so) and also how about the intercooler?? if you open the end tanks, there are like very small slits (1 inch slit) going through the cooler...

They are like one inch slits but there is like 12 of them so it equals out and what slowC said is right start small and go big, If you have to make a new pipe for the blow off. I'd say go 2 1/4 fom turbo to the intercooler and go 2 1/2 from intercooler to throttle body.
