Hey I have an 88 crx with a jdm b16a and i am looking to make a turbo. But I dont realy know what turbo to get or anything. I would like to do this the cheapest and easyest way to turbo it. And if you have any parts that would help me tell me too. So if you know the right way to do this without blowing your motor please tell me. Thank You!

 

I came to this site recently without knowing about turbo. I just wanted a list of things I would need, in one e-mail. That's all.
But don't ask for that, cause you'll be disappointed. Just check out the site for a couple weeks and read a little about what everbody's doing, ask some questions, and learn about it. You'll be way happier with a kit you built by knowing what you want.
I'm not a turbo expert, I'm not even someone you would want to ask a question, I only tell you this because in the 1 month I've been on this site, my turbo project as changed 145,435,668 times. I assume your not going to do it tomarrow, so just chill out. We can all learn alot from this site. And Happy Boosting!

 

 

I was in the same place recently, I asked questions on this board and on sho, nobody can help you because they are not you, you have to find out what you need and what you want on your own. for an idea of what a turbo set up is like read all the projects on this site and check out http://coolazz.tripod.com/turbo.html, the prices there are way low, and it uses an fmu, which isn't the best thing, but it will give a an idea of what a turbo set up is like. read alot, that's what will help you most.
