What bends are required for intercooler charge pipes on crx?
hi guys,
I'm going ahead to attempt custom building my intercooler charge pipes and maybe even my 3inch exhaust system.
Will a 780 x 210 x 75mm intercooler will fit into the original CRX MKII bumper?
Finally found a company in my area that does stainless steel bends. To fit the above intercooler onto a crx, what sort of bends will i need and quantity? Can you give me the Center line radius of the bends?
What is the recommended thicknesss to use on a 3inch exhaust setup? Is 16gauge sufficient?
Are there any possiblities of getting hold of a 1990 crx exhaust floorplan so i can send it to the shop for bending? They can plot the axis and bend the exhaust system in one go without the car.
thanks!

im pritty shure i just bought 2-180 bends, 2-45 bends, and 2 90 bends to start out with. every setup is going to be diff. so just start fitting and cutting ur pipes to make them fit how u want.
16 gauge should be good enough. my dp is pritty thin. less weight on the manifold
.

lost on this one. but u say u want a 3" exhaust system..do u plan on running a 3" dp also? if so i would not attempt to make the dp with out using the car as a guide. the reason being is, it is in a crx,and they have front cross members that like to get in the way of dp's especial 3" ones.
