if you have an aircompressor that can be adjusted for pressure, just start off at 5 psi and work your way up untill the wastegate opens. Just shove a air nozzle on the wastegate vacuum line. that is how I figured mine out.

This works but a wastegate opens slowly over in time to "regulate boost"

It's more like slowly feed it more air and once it's fully open and does open anymore it at what it's set at.

This guy's right. I used a hand pump, some fittings/hose and my B&M fuel pressure gauge. Just hook all that ---- up to your turbo and pump slowly until you see it start to open. I tested mine this way and I was off by 1 PSI. But it's the difference of ending up with a 12 PSI wastegate that you don't want when it comes to install day and getting something beforehand that's going to work for you right out of the gate.

Good luck.
