Water and or nitrous injection
I think this might work , but for you guys with steel IC piping, it might rust on the inside.
now since i have seen kits that spray water on the outside of an intercooler and nos on the outside as well
i was thinking "damn, why not spray water inside the intercooler," simple logic, get the heat where it starts,
the hot side of the intercooler. this will definitely make a the intake charge more dense .
now one thing that came into mind was water pooling up in the intercooler itself, but i think it would vaporize before it would make it to the other side of the intercooler.
Why not go further, like a nos fogger nozzle on the hot side of the intercooler.

Except that the water vapor would be directly introduced to the combustion chamber. That wouldn't be a pretty picture. The nitous is interesting concept though, but I imagine it would be extremely difficult to control the flow safely enough to be usable for the engine.

its water and alcohol mixed. and its injected directly into the charge pipe. injecting nitrous oxide into your intercooler to cool atmospheric air to make it more dense would be a retarded thing to do, its nitrous oxide!! its pretty much pure oxygen!!!!!, oh, and the nitrous backfire would "tottalyblowup" your car,

I know how nitrous works. i have sprayed the hell out of my accent for 3 years without any problems.
well thanks for the info," so do you think a 25 wet shot would be to much" for a stock boosted ls motor pushing 8-10 psi . with proper tuning

There's already water in your combustion chamber. Its a law that ANY combustion reaction creates water vapor.
Water injection even comes stock on the WRX STI
