Default Water/Alcohol Injection setup done

I don't have any pics but this stuff is amazing. This site will help you out some:

http://www.dawesdevices.com/water.html

I just tapped into my washer res. and installed a pump to a switch inside the cabin. The line goes to a mist nozzle that's jb welded on a curve in my chargepipe. I only turn it on above 5 psi and no there's no detonation all the way up to like 12 psi or so... I'm not going any higher than that... but I noticed a huge improvement in power above 5 psi... It also "steam cleans" the engine and cleans the carbon off the turbine making it spool up faster. Well worth the time and doesn't use that much water. I put half water and half washer fluid that has meth. ach. in it. I'll experiment with it more, but it's well worth $20 to setup.

Damn, that's a pretty cheap setup. I've seen a few that cost a few hundred dollars. Have you considered propane while you're at it?

I need to install a check valve in my water line. The boost pressure keeps popping the lid of the washer res. off.

Yeah, since you're doing it the total ghettro way. The more expensive setups have fuel injector like nozzles installed and ----.

I'm familiiar with the theory, many people use it. Much more efficient then having cracked sleeves and getting "water injected" that way.

I'm actually using a fancy nozzle, but it's cheap. The first site I posted explains better... it atomizes the water so it vaporizes faster. I did it the ghetto way because I wanted to experiment with it at least... hah

I need to go find all my links for water injection, I've looked into a good bit and we need start some sort of official water injection thread (already got the BOV thread in effect).

Then I'll link all the nice informative threads in one thread, and make it a sticky. Then we can glue together two paper plates and put glue and sparkles on the outside of them and fill them with kidney beans and make little sparkly bean shakers.

Ok well ---- if I know what you had 6 months ago. Link it in this one. I have some influences to add to this kit, research I've done on my own (I have the links someplace).

Oh yeah, there is always the delete button I gots to take away from people busting my *** :P
