Hey Wally, keep it simple, and you have less chances for mistakes and less chances of being ripped off or something. After you've put in your first system, gotten it to work, and tuned it, dragged it, and blown it up, design a whole new system that you can confidently use to its fullest extent...

I'm trying!!!

No, I've read a lot of different examples and while one person does one thing, someone else does something completely different. Im not in any hurry to throw something together (the snows gonna hit here soon and a turbo would make that lots of fun ) and really want to take my time and learn more of the ins and outs of things. I realize certain things aren't going to click until I get the damn thing in my hands, but I just get worried about plunking down a ton of money on something I can't use.

You are doing the right thing and approaching it the right way. Some guys just come in here and start making up strange setups like a d16 with 500hp and running 39psi with a stock block, and when we try to help out they don't want help. The best thing is to not be afraid and try it. That's how I learned. You read and research a lot then ask specific questions.

Thanks! It's not so much I'm afraid, but I'd rather catch my mistakes before I make 'em. :P

Thanks, the only thing that is keeping me is that my daily driver the 97 Ex just came back from the shop, paint, and they lost the key to my lug nuts, and I need to get the car aligned bad, and new tires, before I can stop the hatch for turbo day. I found another key now it's just a matter of getting the civic to a mechanic for alignment. Then comes Turbo Weekend. WOHOOO
