the moral of the story is use a boost cut device (mechanical/eletrical or preferably part of the ecu) if you use a china gate. if the stem jams or the diaphragm rips or the head falls off the valve and blocks the escape route, you are going to fry that engine without it.

+1 on the locktite, i lost part of mine because it shook loose, and it didnt take many miles to do it either, high vibration being solid mounted to the engine.

Yeh mate something that I wouldn't go cheap on , but I have used the cheap ones no problems at all.
For max peace of mind tho I'd say go with the tial or something.
Last thing you want is making 30psi and have pistons flying around

When I clicked on the forums section in FI, it said "RE:Wastegate" and the response was by "xternal"
