w/c is better water cooled or just oil cooled?

don't know what to get water/oil cooled or just oil cooled turbo. is there a big difference? any info. will be appreciated. peace!!!

if you have the choice to get water cooled do it, it prolongs bearing life.

Plus, the water/oil cooled turbo you find is more likely to be in better shape than the oil cooled because it was uh,,,cooler.
