Default Using stock 02 housing good/bad?

Hey guys, I was wondering, would using the stock 02 housing be a big flow restriction. I will be running a t25 on a d15b1 (till she blows, lol) and was thinking of using a 1st or 2nd gen eclipse housing to start off the d-p. I know the 2nd gen housing flows better, will either be a really big restriction. I will be using the VX mani and bmc adapter if that helps in giving an answer. Oh yea, will this cause any alignment problems when making the rest of the downpipe. Thanks.
