Well its time to upgrade my 1g DSM BOV. Ive been considering picking up a Type S knock off on Egay only because I was told it works w/ the factory flange but it dosnt look like it would. I also though bout getting the knock off RFL w/ the adapter but it works out to more then $100. NE know what BOVs will work w/ the 1g flange or what adapters and blow off valve kits there are for under $100? Thanx guys.

 

buy a bmc dsm bov flange and weld the fitting that comes with an RFL onto it. instant adapter.

 

You can make the Type-S work on a 1g BOV flange if you want. Here's a link with a how-to

i have the type s knock off and it sounds like the real once plus i used it on the stock DSM flange. just need to drill 2 holes and its good to go

 

they make an adapter for the hks ssq too
