What is the best for my setup considering itīs a low boost setup with a responsive turbo(saab gt17) and i want the least lag possible?
The Subaru seems my best choice, but i have to make a SS flange to adpat it on the charge pipes...

You won't need two BOV's for your setup. I've only heard of people running very high boost needing 2 BOV's to vent all the pressure.
I've also heard some cars with mean *** compressor surge because they were only running 1 BOV on a very high boost setup.
