ok i bought an 38mm turbosmart wastegate but the thing is, is an external wastegate supposed to be open all the time?? need to know b/c everytime i floor it there isn't any boost...i've already check the intercooler piping and vacume like 5 times...or is it just b/c i need to tune it a little everytime v-tech(5000rpm) kicks in then it'll lag big time but doesn't back fire plus no boost period......the only thing i did was change the turbo, wastegate, and turbo manifold..use to have ssautocrap....need help ASAP!!!!!!!!
