bwahahaha, you made a booty call in the middle of an install, i think that takes the cake. that would have been funny if it was an hmt so cal. meet/install. i could see someone leaving steve, raffi, renr, etc. in the middle of an install saying 'i'll be right back, let me go hit this chick off real quick'

There is one thing to be considered though, the turbo won't get much exhaust to drive it when the motor isn't force fed any air. This is how a turbo builds up pressure. However, do not let any dirt or debris get into your compressor, it WILL eat the blades. And of course, don't drive fast with a large boost leak, at high rpms you might get enough energy to drive the turbo to an overspin.

he's not trying to build pressure with the turbo, he's just trying to make sure the seals are good, oil will be flowing throught it as long as the car is running, maybe not as much pressure at idle, but it should give him an idea if the seals are o.k.
