I have been starting to see alot of Hilux 4dr Toy's running around.Here in BC a vehicle has to be 15 years old and then you can import it and just do a basic safety inspection.I might buy one in a year or two as I need to get a truck eventually and a crew cab diesel Toy with a solid axle up front sounds just great.

Finished the downpipe today...




Tommorow I will update more, I have installed the turbo (finally), fabbed the return, and rigged the feed line. All coolant lines are in place. Even the upper charge pipe is fabbed, is being beaded on Thurs, then on to paint. This thing will hopefully run by the weekend! Enjoy!

 

Your mind is going to be boggled at how different that truck is gonna be with the GT28 on it.

Good job with the new manifold, adapter plate & turbo choice. You're going to be extremely happy, very soon.

 

I can't wait to fire this thing off, but I'm trying not to get ahead of myself, make sure everything is done right. I've learned from past setups, when you start to rush things, you'll end up having to re-do them eventually. Thanks for the support, I will definetly get some videos once I get this thing dialed in.

 

you ever had the clutch pedal bracket rip on one of those? ------ pain in the ***. by the way if you know nay one theres a 22rz in my garage for sale. highlift cam and pocket port on the head with a block thats freshly done ready to go.900
