turbo and supercharge?

Re:turbo and supercharge?
yes.. your friend is a ------- retard. ---- like that works in the movies. With one turbo, or one supercharger, or one blower, or nitrous, you can make more power than your engine can handle. Add more ---- on to it, and you pay penalties. More weight, more power loss (power to spin the turbo, and power to spin the blower), more complexity... like there is enough room to keep adding extras anyway.

Re:turbo and supercharge?
The article i saw was in turbo mag it had a mr2 w/a solara v6,with a eaton blower and a t76 or something. The car supposedly ran awesome. If you think about it the turbo doesnt clog the exhaust and the supercharger doesn't rob that much power. At low engine speeds the s/c creates extra heat(energy) for the turbo. At high speeds the turbo actually puts power back in through the s/c pulley. Along w/a giant air/water intercooler and a good wastegate its a ------- killer setup.

Re:turbo and supercharge?
I think a bigger ball bearing turbo with an Anti-lag setup would be cheaper, work just about as well and be less complicated too. Especially if you're running a chipped ecu. Run multiple maps and switch between them when needed.
