Default turbo setup

i dont know alot about turbos. i what to ask befor i buy any thing. i have a 95 civic with a Integra LS 1.8 swap every thing is stock but the swap.what to get around 200-250whp.i what to know what size turbo(looking for mid and top end)to get external or internal wastgate.is an FMU good enough fuel management if so what ratio it is an every day driver. what to run 8-12 psi max.what is the average pice for tuning because there is a tuning shop near by. i know i need intercooler,turbo timer,boost controller. any web site have turbo stuff for a good price.i know i have alot of question but i will help me out alot

Any thing i dont know about will be very helpful.

Must .... not ..... kill ...... Pleas please PLEASE read the FAQ thread! It will tell you almost EVERYTHING you need to know about ANYTHING that has to do with what you want to know. I gauruntee after you read it, you will feel enlightened. Please, do us all a favor. - Matt

You need to go to Honda Tech and ask that question, they'll tell you everything you need to know. But my best guess for your setup would be like a T04E something with a .84 compressor and a 1.50 or higher turbine (exhaust) Intercoolers are really optional but an FMU is really all you need for fuel management. Stock Honda injectors are really good for turbocharged vehicles.

I didn't read the FAQ either but do exactly this and you'll get the power your looking for

Also, you can use your factory exhaust manifold. And the holes in the turbo that have threads in them, they're just for looks, put a peice of gum, or something else putty-like in it to make sure nothing falls into it. - Matt
