Must .... not ..... kill ...... Pleas please PLEASE read the FAQ thread! It will tell you almost EVERYTHING you need to know about ANYTHING that has to do with what you want to know. I gauruntee after you read it, you will feel enlightened. Please, do us all a favor. - Matt
You need to go to Honda Tech and ask that question, they'll tell you everything you need to know. But my best guess for your setup would be like a T04E something with a .84 compressor and a 1.50 or higher turbine (exhaust) Intercoolers are really optional but an FMU is really all you need for fuel management. Stock Honda injectors are really good for turbocharged vehicles.
I didn't read the FAQ either but do exactly this and you'll get the power your looking for

Also, you can use your factory exhaust manifold. And the holes in the turbo that have threads in them, they're just for looks, put a peice of gum, or something else putty-like in it to make sure nothing falls into it. - Matt

you guys are crazy
get a big t3 or t3/t4 and at least a fmu and fuel pump. id rather get the afc with 450 injectors.....a turbo timer is not necesarily needed, just let the engine cool down before turning off the ignition and a boost controller is not needed either....do some more research and you will answer many of your own questions...
