Turbo Search, please help

I'm trying to find a turbo that is very similar to the Subaru IHI turbo as in size. But I need one that don't pump over 7 psi on stock internal wastegates.

so change the wastegate actuator not the turbo

I thought the old suby IHIs were 5.5 psi wastegate? The 7.3 came on the Isuzu/Probe/Mx-6 VJ11s.
