It is normal in some cases, and not normal in others. I would think a 14b would spin at idle, but I've never seen one on a single cam. My old TD04 greddy charger spun at idle on a single cam, but my SC61 just barely moves at idle even on my b18c.

i dont see it a problem...it kinda makes sense depending on some turbos. they probably just need more exhaust pressure to make em spin, sometimes its enough to keep them spinning and sometimes its not, all cars are different. if it still builds boost on the rpms and runs, then who cares. just my 2cents.. its almost like lag

when i first installed my turbo a year ago it didnt spin at idle but then again i didnt check for very long because i put the down pipe on and never looked agian but its been running good for about a year
