Will a manifold that fits a honda B series engine (i.e. b16, b18 ect.) also fit the B21A1 with it being a different size engine?

 

well.. that "b-series" engine is different than the other b-series... most things about it are completely different than the other, I would assume the flange is too...
best way to tell is to look for a b-motor in the junkyard, and then pull the manifold, and try putting it on a junkyard prelude b-series... just a thought...

He is correct, I am about 90% positive the b18/b16/b20 flange is different than that odd b21. Nothing fits that ******.
