Turbo Ls/Vtec oil line question
Hi,
When springtime rolls around, i'll be turboing the LS/Vtec. I am running the oil supply for Vtak off a T on the back of the block like most do. When the time comes, should I run the oil line for the turbo off of a sandwich adapter, or do some people T the supply on the back of the block again to accomodate the oiling of the turbo? I was thinking of getting one of those sandwich adapters with multiple oil sources and running all of my oil supplies off of there. I heard that sometimes the T's on the back of the block fail. What do you guys think??

The more pressure that is put on to a T on the back of the block, the more likely it is to snap. That's why some people install a firewall kit that relocated the T to the firewall and relieves the stress on it which causes snapping. You could use either method, they all work.
