my friend has a nissan z edition s14a with the sr20det engine.. he got it a few months ago for a good price.. the prvious owner of the car had made a few mods using the stock turbo with an avc-r and safc 2 highering the boost but my friend now wants to go bigger and i will be helping him with his turbo kit.. he wants something like 300 - 350 whp and i found these two kits at ebay what do you think about these kits good or useless? any ideas appriciated...

i think the second one will be better but we don't want it to bee laggy..

 

naw the second one is ssac...a guy here put that same manifold and t70 on a sr20 in a 240 and is was laggy as *****...really slow. it started boostin good right at the end of his rpm range

so what are your suggestions if these are crap..what turbo would be good.. ithink a gt28r should do good on this engine but what should the A.R.s be for mid to top end power.. i heard these engines have forged internals and handle boost well.. if needed my friend is willing to change the pistons too.. how much psi could it handle and where can we get parts for this car with a decent price?

how about this turbo ? it has a good price for a ball bearing turbo ..would this be good for the sr20det? but the turbine AR is .76 and compressor AR is 0.48.. it could be laggy for this engine
