my car holds about 20"hg at idle but 17-18 really isnt low vacuum. Check for any leaks if ur worried about it.

the car drives fine, but i'm dont have a complete downpipe
just enough to push the exhaust under the car.
Its smokey when I start the car, is that normal?
I don't see any leak or anything.
just white smoke, is it because of the downpipe not complete?
is this drivable to the exhaust shop to get the downpipe finish. its about 25 mins.
