Turbo installl, but car won't start

I put on the turbo and the car wouldn't start
It cranks and has power. Or I don't hear the fuel pump
I have no fuel or spark. The fuel pump don't even come on.
setup
b16a2 obd2
dsm 450cc w/ reistor box
t3/04 50 trim garrett

I got the ecu with basemap for my setup from phearable.net

Can it be that the resistor box is wire wrong?
I check the dead end clip and it is good.l
The 4 cut wires goes to the four wires that is from the resistor box. And the red wire from the resistor box goes to all four of the dead end clip. Right?
Or does the resistor box have to be ground?

then I put the stock injectors in and run the stock ecu. I still can't start it. I don't hear the fuel pump prime.
this is a running car before the installation of turbo.
Can it be my main relay? How do I try if its still good?

Check your fuel pump fuse, I had a friend with a same problem on a stock 2000 si. Fuel pump fuse went out and he had no fuel or spark. Also, check all of the ACG fuses.

ems fuse?
I really don't know where to start.
I didn't really mess with anything other then wiring up the resistor box and injectors.
What about the main relay? anyone know how to check it?

Remove the obd2-1 Jumper harness, and check fuel and spark again, that could be the problem
