turbo with fewest fitment issues

Wich turbocharger that works on the civic standard exaust manifold has the fewest fitment issues. I.E. wastegate actuator hitting block or any other obstruction. I looked for a thread that covered this in the newby section but i didnt see one. :-\

First off what year civic and what motor? Second, by standard exhaust mani. do you mean stock? Cause I'm asuming that you know you need a turbo manifold to mount a turbocharger.....

I think he means Standard mani=HF mani=VX mani...can't say I've hah experience with that style setup but I think most people have problems running T3s maybe a DSM turbo T25 14b something that size should fit well....HTH

Ive read that the t25 and hf mani is a good fit. If thats the mani you are talking about.

Fitting well means a small turbo, which means little fun!!!!!!

But the 14b work fine for me. Wastegate needed some moving, but mostly because of rotating the center section.

im using a 14b....and although i had to play around with it...it is extremely easy to rotate the exhaust and compressor housings to get it to fit exactly how you need it.

the exhaust is just a v-band clamp....and the compressor housing is a big snap ring.

you have to grind down a little notch on the compressor housing and then you can rotate it 360 degrees.
