i am reaching 8 psi (max setting) before I hit 6000 rpm.
when it hits 8psi, the boost shuts off and vacuum gauge reads 12-ish. is this normal cause not being able to boost to 6700 is pissing me off.

 

you are going from 8 psi to 12 vacuum?

something is not right. check your lines to your wastegate

yes we needa know what kinda snail u got.

also, i have it on an automatic transmission...but still there is no reason why it cuts out before the care starts to shift gears. oh, and yeah, i have an open downpipe...ever since i disconnected it it has been doing this.
