Now we have to account that this motor is going to make a buttload of power up top and the stock ls style powerband is aborted.

I agree on retarding the intake and adv. the exh. a little. You'll be better suited from the get go on the dyno that way.
And I'm probably safe in assuming that you 're paying by the hour. So.... you won't have to stop and ---- around with cam timing as much or as many pulls.

Please tell me this motor has a set of ARP rod bolts in it? If not def. invest the $40 or whatever and an hour and a half that it will take you to change them out. just my 2 cents.

Have you seen a stock ls rod bolt fail and not what you read on h-t

Stock Honda rod bolts are just as good as ARP.

again as stated above I'm just finishing the race season with this stock bottom end. Over the winter I'm going to build a sleeved bottom end.
