Default Which Turbo for ~165WHP on D16Y7?

as the title says...I'm deciding between a 14b, T25 or a IHI RHB5. I feel like the 14b would be too large for me, the T25 would work well and is easy to find (rebuild kits are everywhere too), The IHI would be too small even for my D series. What do you all think? BTW I want to end up with about 160-170WHP and at least 140 ft/fbs at the wheels. I have a large front mount IC, 440cc's, Hondata, 2 1/2" charge piping and 3" exhaust straight through, two resonators and no cat or muffler. Thanks!!!

all will work, but the lag time will decrease going through your list (quicker spool/less topend). i'm using td04L off '02 wrx at 8psi with the hack and easily hitting/exceeding your goal.

i was at 145whp at 5.5-6psi. i'm running 8psi now. fixing to tune for 10psi. i'll be at my limit then until i can afford to build the bottom end and get hondata.
