Default Tunning Problem, Help Please

Tunning Problems Help please

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I turboed my b16a and At about5000rpm in boost my car sounds like it hits th e rev limiter, but its at 5800,the shop said its a fuel problem. I had chrome chiped with dsm450s and resistor box installed. I bought a brand new distributor, msd box, coil, wires, cap, rotor, ngk br7 cold plugs gaped at 25, walbro 255hp pump, aem pressure regulator, rail.everything you can think of. its been on the dyno 20 pulls and 10 hours coast me 600bucks,no one can think of what the problem is. i had a leak test on the injectors and all are equal at 430cc and 3 ohms.I tryed my buddys main relay under the steering wheel and that didnt work. All the guys at the shop i went too are dumbfounded. Can some one help me please. The last thing i can think of is the valve springs are floatingin boost which the boosted air goes in and back out of the cylinders which causes the 130hp on the dyno and mabe is pushing the fuel backwards past the injectors?

Yes, i can free rev it to 7000 or in the rain i can burn out and go past it, only when on a load driving. i was at 10 pounds and now at 6 but it still does it. the shop said it could be the injectors but i know a guy at doctor injector and he said the injectors will either work or not, they wont mess up in boost. three mondays ago i spend 300 to chip and hour on dyno, the next monday i did one pass, and last monday my buddy took my car up their and all their guys spend 6 hours and could find it out.

heh, it probably has a boost cute or something installed, and cuts as soon as it spools.

seriously tho, post the bin file, guessing games are useless.

last nite, i unsauder the resistor box, put in the stock injectors and put in another chip that has a base map for the stock injectors, and the bitch revs to 8000. So its either the tunning, or the dsm 450 injectors, which i had them tested at doctor injector and they flowed fine. Thanks for the help

Fixed the bitch, it was the injectors or the resistor box. took them out and bought rc 550cc. and tuned it. got 250hp at 8000rmp with 8psi. Thanks for the sugg.
