i misplaced my manual so i need the torque specs for the gsr rod bolts, cam cap bolts and arp head stud's

Head bolts (with moly lube) get 70ft lbs.
Rods bolts are I think 28-29ft lbs.

and cam caps are not that criticle, just tight

 

stock rod bolts are 34 ft/lbs. i believe and the cam caps are 16 ft/lbs for the 12mm bolts and 8 ft/lbs. for the outside bolts that are 10mm and don't forget the sequence on the head studs and cam caps
