Default ThreadLock for oil passage?

Can i use threadlock on the engine block? So therefore the oil passage line will not come loose? Well, my real question is can i use teflon tape and threadlock together? and how do i apply it to the oil passage line?

thread lock and teflon tape dont usually go together. use one or the other. teflon tape works fine, it makes a seal and keeps the threads locked to a certian degree.

well, i heard stories that the Tee used for oil passage on the back of the block will come loose after vibration. So some recommended me to use threadlock so it wont come lose? So i guess i only use teflon tape only?
