This is my first turbo setup. Hit up the junkyard on a couple of 1/2 off days and managed to come up with most of my setup for pretty cheap. Here's the list:
saab t3-$50
dsm bov- $9
mk3 or mk2 intercooler-$9
misc hoses and piping-$30
manifold-$15
bmc hf-t3 adapter
stealthmode oil line kit
sunpro boost & oil pressure gauges
dsm 450s

what are you doing for fuel management?

 

the plan is turboedit and dsm 450's but the tuner I had in mind isn't replying to my emails. I wanted to install it and get it tuned this weekend so hopefully he hits me back up. If anybody is able to chip and street tune, hit me up..I'm in LA/OC area.

 

with that set up just run an fmu. its cheap, it will fit right in.
