I might be able to make 1 or 2 PSI in my 1.5L 4 banger by the time I hit the 6000RPM fuel cut!

Check out the turbo calculator, it even puts a red dot on the compressor map. Just find a turbo where the red dot is on the efficiency island with some scope for more boost at a later date.
